Akrapovič offers Evolution exhaust system for the Z06/ZR1s in either Titanium or Stainless Steel. The Evolution system replaces the stock exhaust system from the manifolds/catalysts back. Evolution retains the use of the original “dual-mode” exhaust valve system. The Titanium Evolution system is 15 kg/33 lbs-ft lighter than stock. All Corvette systems are available with either titanium or carbon fiber tail pipes.

Akrapovič is proud to offer the finest in European craftsmanship and technology for a legend of the American highways. The Evolution system uses the same mufflers as the Slip-On system but also replaces the entire stock exhaust from the manifolds back using the factory mounting points. No modifications to the chassis are necessary. It also incorporates a high flow X-pipe design in place of the stock H-pipe arrangement. Additionally, you can choose between our 125 mm titanium or carbon fiber tail pipes to complete the package.

For the Nissan 370Z we offer two configurations of exhaust. Both are constructed of high grade stainless steel. The first is our Slip-On (axle back) system. A finely crafted replacement muffler system, it installs easily using the original mounting points. The Evolution system uses the same muffler as the Slip-On system. However, it also includes high-flow link pipes with integrated resonators and crossover tube that replace the entire exhaust system from the catalysts back. With both systems you can choose between 125 mm tail pipes made from either titanium (sandblasted and coated) or aerospace-grade carbon fiber.

The Nissan GT-R is one of the fastest “EC Type approval” cars to race on Germany’s famous Nürburgring “Nordschleife” (Northern Loop). The Porsche 996 Turbo, with its 3.6 l bi-turbo engine, is the first water cooled Street-Turbo in the history of Porsche. With 420 HP and 580 Nm torque, this car offers a really good driving performance. Our aftermarket titanium exhaust system with new manifolds, a 400 or 100 cpsi (customer’s choice) hi-flow metal catalysts and an optimized exhaust flow inside the muffler, achieved an additional increase of power of 17,2 HP (400 cpsi) or 19,6 hp (100 cpsi) and an increase of torque of 30,8 Nm (400 cpsi) or 36,2 Nm (100 cpsi).

The Akrapovič Evolution aftermarket exhaust system is based on the same layout as the original exhaust system of the GT3 with valve control. A newly developed exhaust manifold with 100 cpsi sports catalysts guarantees an increase in power and torque, as do the newly developed and optimized pre mufflers. But the real plus of this exhaust system is the weight reduction of 17 kg, while it maintains the original layout and functionality of the exhaust caps.

The equal length design of the PERRIN header, produces smoother more balanced exhaust pulses flow from the head to the turbocharger giving you the best of two worlds. Quicker turbo response as well as more horsepower and torque throughout the entire RPM band. While designed to fit to the factory up-pipe, our header will mate with an OEM or aftermarket up-pipe, as well as any rotated turbo kits compatible with the factory header.
